Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Representative to join their client's team in Minnesota. This position requires an individual who is capable of generating leads through outbound calls and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role offers an opportunity to work fully remote after completing the initial training period onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by means of proactive outbound calls.
• Make contact with 10-15 decision makers per hour.
• Use scripting consistently to ensure effectiveness.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Meet department standards to contribute to team success.
• Maintain regular attendance to support team objectives.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to train onsite for approximately 4 weeks.
• Must have a quiet work area at home for remote work.
• Must pass a background check.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, with availability to work at least 30 hours per week.

Benefits:

The role begins with in-person training for the first 4 weeks and transitions to a fully remote position thereafter.

Additional Details:

The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
